I would say that you can't tell me what to think and I'll decide for myself. I'd be a little skeptical of the business owner, because he's the one that owns the company. He's the one that has given us low wages, hard work and for what? Just for more money that's what. So does he really look after the best interests of the worker? No, he only looks after the company.
